Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Vivenza, all products are shipped directly from our international logistics centers located in the United States, Brazil, Asia, and Europe, to the address provided at checkout — no matter where you are.
Orders may take up to 7 calendar days to be processed. Once processed, they may take up to 7 additional calendar days to be shipped.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country.
This timeframe may be extended under exceptional circumstances such as customs inspections, national holidays, strikes, or high shipping demand.
We continuously monitor your order, and if you do not receive it within 60 calendar days, we will issue a full refund.
We are confident you’ll love your Vivenza product, but if you don’t, we offer a clear and hassle-free return policy.
📦 Partial Shipments
You may receive your order in multiple packages if items are shipped from different warehouses.
This is completely normal and will not incur any additional costs.
🔎 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Please note: it may take up to 10 calendar days for the tracking number to become active after the package has been shipped.
⚠️ General Conditions
1. Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address or Absence
Vivenza will ship your order to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your details are accurate and complete.
If no one is available after 3 delivery attempts, your package will be redirected to the nearest postal office and must be collected within 7 calendar days.
If the package is not collected and returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
If the order is canceled, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost, even if free shipping was originally applied.
2. Recipient Absence
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package will remain at the local postal office for 7 calendar days.
🌐 Customs & Duties
Vivenza takes care of all necessary documentation to facilitate the delivery process.
However, depending on your country — especially Canada, Australia, or EU countries — your order may be subject to import taxes or customs duties.
These charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
